We offer individual home workout plans, small group sessions, event classes, nutritional guidance, and diet coaching. You can also follow our healthy positive discussions and videos!
We believe the best exercise is the one you will do, so we use a variety of techniques to help provide enjoyment in and adherence to a healthy lifestyle. We strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere so that all abilities will benefit not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Every person is so individual when it comes to their strengths and concerns that we are continually reassured of the importance of guided fitness training. Why personal training? --> Guidance, Accountability, personal corrective issues, and workouts made just for your interests and abilities, inspiration, help getting started, or continuing with a plan. I notice that when I exercise on my own, I put in less time and effort than when I work out with a friend, or if I am teaching. No yelling (unless you want me too). That just isn’t my style!
