As Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, Erin enjoys inspiring and challenging individuals of all ages and abilities. She has been an instructor in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. Erin strives to encourage people to reach their goals and believes there is a great reward in seeing clients learn that through consistent and improved physical activity and nutrition, they will enjoy an overall better quality of life, including a better physical and mental well-being. She loves working with people, spending time with her family, friends, and getting outdoors in Colorado. After graduating from Arizona State University, she became certified by the Athletics and Fitness Association of America, the American Council on Exercise, and the Aquatic & Fitness Association International. In order to give her clients the variety she feels people need for differing abilities and interests, she also holds numerous certifications and continues to further her education and expertise in Low Impact Aerobics, Family Fitness, Weight Loss Support, Yoga, Senior Strength Training, Pilates, Kick Boxing, Aqua Aerobics, Barre and cycling.  She uses uncomplicated, large range of motion movements that are fun, and easily modified for all fitness levels. She believes some individuals just need help getting started, or staying motivated and hopes you to will make health a priority and begin a training program today!
