Sit to stand 10 x 2

Bands-Triceps Extension 10 x 2

Kick out side to side 10 x 2
On Back

Knee to chest hold 10 sec, switch 3 x each leg

Bridge 10 x 2

Lumbar rotation aka Windshield wipers 10 x 2
