1 Set demonstrated, please perform 2 or 3 sets: 

Standing

  • Retract shoulder blades together 10x

  • March in place 10 times 2 sets

  • Heel and Toe Raises 10 x 2

  • Bands-Forearms wings-shoulder rotation 10 x 2

  • Walk sideways 3 x each way

  • Bands-bicep curls, stand or seated 10 x 2

  • Wall push up 10 x 2

  • Sit to stand 10 x 2

  • Bands-Triceps Extension 10 x 2

  • Kick out side to side 10 x 2                                

 

On Back

  • Knee to chest hold 10 sec, switch 3 x each leg

  • Bridge 10 x 2

  • Lumbar rotation aka Windshield wipers 10 x 2
