Hello, world! Let's get walking for National Walking Day, and soon to be "Walking Month" for the month of May! It's gentle on your joints, gets your circulation and heart rate going, and you can bring a friend and socialize. 2020 was hard, 2021 is improving and it will soon be warm. I hope you enjoy this cute little pumpkin(my niece :) beginning to walk, and the strength and balance moves I suggest you add including: Shoulder rolls, forearm wings for posture, side squats, walking lunges and I always like to challenge balance.
